RETURNS

We offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

If you do require a return, please contact us at hello@petite-aude.com with the order number and your reason for the exchange and we will assist you from there.

Petite Aude does not cover the cost of return postage. Please ensure you send goods with a tracking number. Exchanges will be processed with in 3 days of returned goods being received.

There are no returns on 'Sale' or 'Promo' goods including Friends & Family discounts.

Please note due to hygiene regulations, Hair Accessories cannot be returned.
